These terms apply when you use petzonic.co or join the PetZonic launch waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
1. PetZonic is launching soon
PetZonic is a pet marketplace that has not launched yet. This website describes the service we plan to offer. Features such as PetZonic Escrow, the 48-Hour Health Window and Verified Breeders are planned for launch, may change before then, and some may come later.
No pets are sold and no payments are taken on this website.
2. Joining the waitlist
- You must be 18 or over.
- Use your own email address and choose the role that fits you: Buyer, Breeder or Rehomer.
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a PetZonic account or any obligation to buy or sell.
- We may remove signups that look automated, fake or abusive.
- You can leave at any time by emailing support@petzonic.co.
The same rules apply to our early-access Google Forms for buyers, breeders and pet shops. Filling one in doesn’t create an account or any obligation.
3. Early-access benefits
People who join the waitlist before PetZonic launches will get:
- an invitation to early access before the public launch,
- for breeders: no listing fees during the first 30 days after the public launch, once their account is verified, and
- first booking on litters from verified breeders in their district, where available.
These benefits are personal and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money. Using them is subject to the PetZonic terms that apply when the app launches.
4. Listings and the law
When PetZonic launches, only pets that can legally be kept and sold in India may be listed. Breeders and pet shops will need to be registered with their State Animal Welfare Board where the law requires it. Protected Indian wildlife can never be listed, and exotic species that must be registered under the Wild Life (Protection) Act can only be listed with valid registration.
5. Our content and brand
The text, design, images and videos on this site belong to PetZonic or are used with permission. The name PetZonic, the paw logo and the line “Made for pets. Owned by humans.” are PetZonic’s brand. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. You’re welcome to share links to the site.
App screens and business names shown in our posts and videos are examples.
6. The site is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it may change, contain mistakes or be unavailable at times. Information here is general and is not veterinary or legal advice.
7. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
