PetZonic (“we”, “us”) runs petzonic.co. This page explains what we collect when you join our launch waitlist and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Your email address
• The role you choose: Pet Buyer / Adopter, Verified Breeder, or Rehoming Pet Parent
• The date and time you joined, and the VIP pass code we create for you

We don’t ask for your name, phone number or payment details on this page.

2. Why we collect it

Only to tell you about PetZonic’s launch and your early access, and to understand how many buyers, breeders and pet parents are interested. We won’t send you unrelated marketing, and we never sell your information.

3. Spam and bot protection

The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam. Turnstile checks signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy.

4. Where your information is stored

Waitlist signups are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and may be processed on servers outside India. Access to the list is limited to the PetZonic team.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The page’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address when the page loads.

5. Information saved in your browser

After you sign up, your email and pass code are saved in your own browser so the page can welcome you back. You can remove this at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after PetZonic launches, whichever comes first. If you later create a PetZonic account, that account is covered by its own terms.

7. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it, or
• withdraw your consent, which removes you from the waitlist.

Email support@petzonic.co from the address you signed up with. We’ll reply within 30 days.
